You can forget all your Tasks or reminder applications when you start using Google Tasks. Google Tasks can integrate everything in to one web application which can be accessed and updated from anywhere you are. It is as simple as you can access it from any platform no matter Mobile or Web (Use http://gmail.com/tasks from Mobile). You can easily convert emails to Tasks and set the reminder for the same. Also create To-Do list and set the due date, it will display on the Google Calendar. The service is synchronizing quick as a flash while you updating from the mobile device. It is very helpful to take notes of interesting links or notes while you surfing on the internet.
Click on the Tasks below the Mail tab to pop-up the tasks window on the right side of your Gmail window to start using the Tasks. (Looks like the below screenshot)

> To add a Email to the task list Select the Email then click on More Actions button then select Add to Tasks
> To add a custom task Click on the “+” sign will let you add a new task. Even if you click on the empty space inside the tasks box will let you add a task.
> To edit one Task and update the due date Select one task, then click on Actions -> Edit Details here you will see option to change/add the due date also you can add personalized notes for the tasks as well.
> To categorize your tasks Click on the Switch list button will give you options to add/remove/edit the list example: You can create lists such as Personal, Official, To-Do list, Home etc
> Once task is completed Use the check box on every task to mark the task as completed.
