I have been using Unetbootin to create a Linux bootable Flash drive but recently I happen to use Linux Live USB Creator. I would say it’s the best windows application for creating various Linux’s bootable flash drives. The beauty of this tool is, it has more than 100 Linux distributions with their download link and that will allow you to download the package and let you create a Live Flash Drive. All this in one applications! Easy is n’t it?
The distros are classified in to Ubuntu variants, Fedora variants, Debian variants, PCLinux OS variants, Rescue OS, Gentoo variants, Security purpose Linux and lite Linux variants. It’s a cool package and all most all the great packages in one place.
The Windows supported GUI is giving 5 easy steps to create the Live Bootable Flash Drive.
1. Choose the Flash Drive
2. Choose the Source ( Images files, CD, Download)
3. Persistance ( Giving you option to set the size for persistence when you run the Linux in live mode)
4. Here you are getting 3 options
a) Hide files on the flash drive
b) Format the Drive using FAT32
c) Installing virtualbox and let you run the Linux on your windows.
5. Start the installation

nice tip.. but is this as good as Unetbootin ??
i still prefer the Fedora Live USB creator since I love Fedora
@Ganesh – its far better than Unetbootin. Because it has more option than the Unetbootin. Such as a hiding the files inside the flash drive.
because this has everything.
@Phoenix – tell me why you prefer a tool which is only meant for creating Fedora? If you try this tool you will never prefer it using it
